Sample size calculations

Description of service:

We provide sample size calculations for a range of design options, optimised for certainty, speed or cost. We utilise all available information (e.g. prior data, literature, published data from similar compounds) to assist with these calculations. We utilise modelling and simulation in our calculations and regulatory approved software.

For example, a large study that may give the most precise answer is likely to be neither cost effective nor quick.
